Rental Agreement

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Driver’s age – minimum 21years old.
2. Driving license: a valid driving license held for at least one year.
3. Minimum rental: one day, every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate.
4. The hirer is obligated to pay the rent of the agreement for the whole duration of this contract whether he used the car or not for any reason.
5. The hirer receives the car in an excellent condition washed and cleaned, it is to his liking and he is obligated to return it in the condition he received it.If the car delivered unwashed, the costumer pays 15 euro extra.
6. The hirer is obligated in case of breakdown, wear or accident to warn the company the expenses of the car transfer are chargeable to the hirer if the responsibility is his, pay all the damage to the car (the cost is determined by the lessor or the service), he olso pays for the subsequent reservation.
7. The hirer bears fully the responsibility and pays the relevant expenses for every mechanical or other damage caused on his responsibility, for the damage of the tires even in the case of non in time notice of air pressure loss, as well as of damage on the below part of the car during the hire.
8. The use of the car for any reason other than the transfer of the allowed number of passengers by this contract is forbidden.

10. It is prohibited to drive the car by other persons who are not written in the contract.
11. For any type of violation of the law or traffic rules, you pay any type of fine and are responsible for any legal obligations.
12. This contract is only for the Albanian Territory.
13. In case of damage to the car while staying to the parking lot costumers must pay or present the report determined by the state policy. Off-road driving is not allowed.

KUSHTET E KONTRATES

1. Mosha e shoferit – më e madhe se 21 vjeç.
2. Patenta duhet të jetë e vlefshme dhe me datë lëshimi më shumë se 1 vit.
3. Koha minimale e marrjes me qera është 1 ditë dhe çdo orë vonesë në dorëzimin e makinës paguhet me 1/5 e qerasë të 1 dite.
4. Qeramarrësi do të paguajë të gjithë shumën e shkruajtur në kontratë pavarësisht se për arsye të ndryshme nuk e përdor makinen.
5. Qeramarrësi e merr makinën në gjendje të mire te lare, te paster dhe është i detyruar ta kthejë atë në gjendjen që e mori dhe me të gjitha pajisjet e saj.Nese dorezohet e palare paguan 15 euro extra.
6. Qeramarrësi duhet të marrë menjeherë në telefon në rast aksidenti apo prishje të makinës dhe në rast fajësie, paguan shpenzimet e kthimit të makinës mbrapsht. Paguan menjehere te gjithe demin (kosto percaktohet nga qiradhenesi ose servisi), gjithashtu paguan dhe rezervimin pasardhes.
7. Qeramarresi eshtë përgjegjës për makinën dhe do të dëmshpërblejë çdo difekt ose dëmtim që shkaktohet për faj të tij, gjithashtu dhe dëmtimet në pjesen e poshtme ose shkatërrimin e gomave.
8. Ndalohet përdorimi i makinës per çdo qëllim tjeter, përveç atij të shkruajtur në lejen e qarkullimit.
9. Makinat janë të siguruara.TPL
10. Ndalohet drejtimi i mankinës nga persona të tjerë qe nuk janë te shkruajtur në kontratë.
11. Për çdo lloj shkelje të ligjit të qarkullimit rrugor ju paguani çdo lloj gjobe dhe mbani përgjegjësi për çdo detyrim ligjor.
12. Kjo kontratë lejon qarkullimin e makinës brenda territorit të Shqipërisë, (për jashtë Shqipërisë duhet prokurë e veçantë)
13. Ne rastin e demtimit te makines gjate qendrimit ne parking klienti duhet ta paguaj demtimin ose te paraqesi raportin e konstatuar nga policia shtetit. Nuk lejohet ngarja jashte rruge te pa asfaltuar.
